You start by asking: a car, a start time, an end time. Asking is free. Someone on our team confirms the car is free for those dates and sends you an offer with every charge listed. The car is yours for those dates once you approve and pay the offer.

Prices on each car's page are before tax, and the offer adds the tax. From 7 days, the weekly rate takes over. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.

Licence, age and card

Drivers 18 and older can rent with a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. A young driver fee applies each day for drivers under 26. Your licence and the card you paid with come with you to the pickup.

Three options cover damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your auto policy, a credit card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken shortly before pickup, and the balance comes back after the return. Every renter goes through the same check of licence and identity before the car is confirmed.
