Luup alternative: 1997 Dodge Ram

The 1997 Dodge Ram: Luup alternative

For a rental car, here is what the 1997 Dodge Ram brings, and how to request one. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price.

Reading the spec sheet

The EPA does not rate this model year for fuel use; heavier trucks and vans are often not rated.

Space, size and seats

As a car, it is easy to drive and park in the city.

Is it right for your trip?

It suits a stretch between cars, by the week or the month. It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one.

Renting this car

Tell us your dates and we check this car or the closest match. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below. The car can come to your door in the Toronto area, or you pick it up at no charge.

How to book

Tell us the car and the dates in a request. There is no fee for asking. We send the offer to your account and your email, with the total shown. You decide: approve and pay, or let it go. No charge either way until you approve.

Each car's calendar shows the days it is already booked. Weekly pricing starts at 7 days, and a trip never costs more than that rate for a week. The shortest notice we accept before a pickup is 2 hours.

Who qualifies

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more are the starting point. Young drivers are welcome: a daily fee applies under 26. Payment is by a card in your name, shown with your licence at pickup.

Every rate includes liability to others. Damage to the car is covered by your choice: OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.
