Booking with CarmaCars
Every booking starts as a request: the car, the dates and where you want it. Nothing is charged to send one. We check the calendar and your details, then send you an offer with the total. If you approve, you pay and the car is yours for those dates.
Every car has its own daily, weekend, weekly and monthly rate. Rent for a day, a week or up to 365 days in one booking. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.
What to have ready
If you are 18 or over and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can rent. Drivers under 26 can rent with a young driver fee each day. The payment card and the licence must match the driver's name.
Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit comes about 1 hour before you get the car, not at booking. A quick licence and identity check happens before we confirm any booking.

Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer by car and driver age. At $2,500 or more we claim on our fleet policy and you pay the $2,500 deductible.
Can the car be delivered?
Yes, anywhere, including Toronto Pearson International Airport and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. Delivery starts at $75 plus the distance from our location, priced in your offer. Collecting the car yourself is free.
