Request, offer, keys

Every booking starts as a request: the car, the dates and where you want it. Nothing is charged to send one. If the car is free, you get an offer with the full price; if not, we suggest another car. You have 24 hours to approve an offer, and payment comes with your approval.

Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. Book one day, one week, or up to 365 days at once. Leave at least 2 hours between your request and the pickup.

Before pickup

Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. Young drivers are welcome: a daily fee applies under 26. Bring the card in your name that paid for the booking.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car shows its deposit, and we take it about 1 hour before pickup. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.
