How renting with us works
Tell us the car and the dates in a request. There is no fee for asking. We answer with a written offer: the car, the dates, the price and the deposit. If it suits you, approve it and pay. Until then, nothing is charged.
Each car shows its rate for a day, a weekend day, a week and a month. Stay as long as you need: up to 365 days a booking, then renew. At least 2 hours must separate the request from the pickup.
Before pickup
An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more are the starting point. The daily young driver fee is shown on each car's page, for drivers under 26. Cars marked "no credit card needed" accept a debit card in your name; the others need a credit card.
Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer by car and driver age. At $2,500 or more we claim on our fleet policy and you pay the $2,500 deductible.
Can the car be delivered?
Yes, anywhere, including Toronto Pearson International Airport and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. Delivery starts at $75 plus the distance from our location, priced in your offer. Collecting the car yourself is free.
