Before you rent

Drivers from 18 up, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, are welcome. Age fees stop at 26: younger drivers pay a daily young driver fee. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.

Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken shortly before pickup, and the balance comes back after the return. Each renter is checked the same way, before the booking is confirmed.

Requesting a car

Your part at the start is short: choose a car and dates and send a free request. Our team answers with an offer: the confirmed car, the dates and the full price. You have 24 hours to approve an offer, and payment comes with your approval.

The calendar on each car's page helps you pick dates that work. Stay as long as you need: up to 365 days a booking, then renew. Give us 2 hours or more before the pickup and we can usually make it work.
