Getting the car booked

First, a request: the car you like, when you need it, and where. No payment yet. A staff member reads the request and sends the offer. We reply within 2 hours. Only an approved, paid offer books the car.

Rates are set car by car and shown on each car's page. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. We need at least 2 hours of notice before a pickup.

What we check

We need every driver to be at least 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence. Age fees stop at 26: younger drivers pay a daily young driver fee. The name on the card has to match the name on the licence.

Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. Every driver's licence and identity are checked before we confirm.
