Your part at the start is short: choose a car and dates and send a free request. We send the offer to your account and your email, with the total shown. If the offer works for you, approve and pay to confirm. If not, you owe nothing.

Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. From one day to 365, a single booking covers it. Short notice is fine: 2 hours is the minimum before a pickup.

Who qualifies

From age 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can send a request. Drivers under 26 can rent with a young driver fee each day. Bring a card in your name; a card in someone else's name cannot be used.

Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken shortly before pickup, and the balance comes back after the return. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.
