Renting for Knobs

If you need it in Knobs itself, send a request and we will tell you honestly whether we can help. Knobs is about 692 km from Toronto, outside our delivery area.

If you are near Knobs, Johnson Crossroads, Elmhurst and Union are close too.

The numbers in plain words

It runs the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo, with all-wheel drive. It runs on regular gas. All-wheel drive sends power to all four wheels, which helps on snow and wet roads; good tires still matter most.

Expect about 30 litres for every 300 km, going by its 10.0 L/100 km combined rating. In money, 1,000 km costs about $155 at our price setting.

The Edge in everyday use

As a compact SUV, it sits higher than a sedan, which makes getting in and loading easier.

Is it right for your trip?

It suits a stretch between cars, by the week or the month. It suits winter trips and weekends with more gear than people.

Our Edge cars

Your request can name this exact car; the offer confirms what we can give you. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below.

Booking, step by step

Requests come first at CarmaCars. You name the car and the dates, and we take it from there. A person checks the request and sends you an offer with the full price. Only an approved, paid offer books the car.

The car pages show each car's rates, deposit and kilometres included. A rental of 7 days or longer is priced at the weekly rate. Book ahead if you can; 2 hours is the shortest notice we take.

Who qualifies

You need an Ontario G2 or G licence, valid for the whole rental, and to be 18 or older. We accept young drivers; those under 26 pay a daily fee. Bring a card in your name; a card in someone else's name cannot be used.

Choose before pickup how damage to the car is handled: your policy with OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held about 1 hour ahead of pickup and released after the return. We check every driver; it takes a few minutes and protects everyone.

Your move

A request costs nothing, and the offer tells you everything.
