Luup alternative: green 2020 Ford Escape S in Java

About the 2020 Ford Escape S

For a rental car, the 2020 Ford Escape S is one of many cars on CarmaCars, each with its own page. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price.

The Escape and Java

We have no location in Java; CarmaCars rents from Toronto, about 1,639 km away. We rent from Toronto only. If your trip to Java starts in the Toronto area, rent the car here.

If you are near Java, Selby, Lowry and Sitka are close too.

The numbers in plain words

Power comes from the 1.5L 3-cylinder turbo, driving through an 8-speed automatic. It runs on regular gas. Front-wheel drive is the usual layout for cars this size, predictable in the rain and the snow.

For 300 km of mixed driving, expect about 23 litres, from its 7.8 L/100 km rating. That works out to about $12.09 per 100 km at our price setting.

How big it is

Its SUV body gives a high seating position and an easy load height.

Good uses for the Escape

It suits people curious about the model who want to drive it before they buy. It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one.

Rent it from us

Similar cars are below if you need one sooner. Want a car for specific dates? Put them in the request and we check. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates.

Driver requirements

Ontario G2 or G licences are accepted, for drivers 18 and older. No maximum age, and a daily fee only for drivers under 26. Your original licence, not a photo, comes with you to the handover.

Every rate includes third-party liability. The car itself needs one of three options: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car's deposit is listed on its page, so you know it before you ask. We check every driver; it takes a few minutes and protects everyone.

What happens when you ask for a car

Tell us the car and the dates in a request. There is no fee for asking. A staff member reads the request and sends the offer. We reply within 2 hours. The booking is confirmed when you approve the offer and pay it.

Each car has its own page with its photos, its rates and its calendar. A single booking can run up to 365 days. For longer, it renews month after month. Book ahead if you can; 2 hours is the shortest notice we take.

Tell us your dates and where you want the car, and we will do the rest.
