Luup alternative with this car
The 2013 Ford Explorer is on this page for Luup alternative: here is what to know before you request one. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar.
What the specs mean
Power: the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo; drive: front-wheel drive. The turbo gives a small engine the pull of a bigger one when you need it. Front-wheel drive is the usual layout for cars this size, predictable in the rain and the snow.
Combined fuel use is 10.4 L/100 km: about 31 litres for 300 km. Expect about $16.12 per 100 km at our price setting.
Is it right for your trip?
Families, skiers and anyone with bulky luggage. It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going.
Living with the Explorer
It offers the space of an SUV with the height that makes loading easy.
Getting one from us
Want a car for specific dates? Put them in the request and we check. There is no exact match in our fleet today. Request it and we search for one, or take a similar car. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. Delivery covers the Toronto area, priced by distance in your offer; pickup from us is free.
Request, offer, keys
You begin by requesting a car for your dates; the request is free. If the car is free, you get an offer with the full price; if not, we suggest another car. If the offer works for you, approve and pay to confirm. If not, you owe nothing.
Rates are set car by car and shown on each car's page. Rent for a day, a week or up to 365 days in one booking. A pickup can be as soon as 2 hours after your request, when the car is free.
Rules for renters
We need every driver to be at least 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. The payment card and the licence must match the driver's name.
Choose before pickup how damage to the car is handled: your policy with OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We take the deposit shortly before pickup and return it after the car comes back. We check your licence and identity before we confirm, the same way for every renter.
