How a booking comes together

To get started, send a request for the car and dates. You are not charged for it. If the car is free, you get an offer with the full price; if not, we suggest another car. An offer is valid for 24 hours, and you pay only when you approve it.

The rates you see on a car's page are the rates in your offer. The monthly rate covers a booking of up to 365 days. Leave at least 2 hours between your request and the pickup.

What you need to rent

From age 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can send a request. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. We check that the card and the licence carry the same name.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is never taken when you book; it comes about 1 hour before pickup. Before confirming, we verify the licence and identity of each driver.
