About the 2017 Ford Focus

For a rental car, the 2017 Ford Focus is one of many cars on CarmaCars, each with its own page. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar.

Under the hood

It uses the 1.0L 3-cylinder turbo and front-wheel drive. It runs on regular gas. With front-wheel drive, the weight of the engine sits over the driven wheels, which helps in winter.

Expect about 21 litres for every 300 km, going by its 7.0 L/100 km combined rating. In energy, every 100 km costs about $10.85 at our price setting.

Who rents the Focus

It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next. It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going.

Room inside

As a compact car, it is easy to drive and park in the city. Luggage space is rated at 651 litres: bulky luggage, a stroller or sports gear.

Our Focus cars

Ask for this exact car in your request, and we tell you what we can offer. We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below. Your offer shows any delivery fee before you pay.

How renting with us works

Nothing to pay up front: the first step is simply a request. A person checks the request and sends you an offer with the full price. Approving the offer and paying it confirms the booking.

Open a car to see its photos, rates, deposit and kilometres included. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. Plan for at least 2 hours between sending the request and picking up the car.

What we check

From age 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can send a request. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. Your original licence, not a photo, comes with you to the handover.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is never taken when you book; it comes about 1 hour before pickup. The checks are the same for everyone: licence, identity and the agreement.
