About the 2004 Ford Taurus
For a rental car, the 2004 Ford Taurus is one of many cars on CarmaCars, each with its own page. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar.
Reading the spec sheet
Power: the 3.0L 6-cylinder; drive: front-wheel drive. It runs on regular gas. With front-wheel drive, the weight of the engine sits over the driven wheels, which helps in winter.
A combined rating of 12.0 L/100 km works out to about 36 litres per 300 km. At our price setting, driving 100 km costs about $18.60, and a 300 km weekend about $55.80.
Space and size
Its car body is low and settled, with a separate trunk. In plain terms, its 1,104 litres of luggage space hold bulky luggage, a stroller or sports gear.
Is it right for your trip?
It uses more fuel than most, so it suits shorter trips or people who need its size. It suits a work trip where a reliable car matters more than anything else.

Ask for your dates, and we reply with what we can offer. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. We deliver around Toronto; pickup at our location is free.
Driver basics
If you are 18 or over and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can rent. The daily young driver fee is shown on each car's page, for drivers under 26. Cars marked "no credit card needed" accept a debit card in your name; the others need a credit card.
Third-party liability is part of every rate, and damage to the car is handled by OPCF 27, a card benefit or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is separate from the rental price and is returned after the rental. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.
The booking steps
Every booking starts as a request: the car, the dates and where you want it. Nothing is charged to send one. We look at the request and send back an offer with the price for your exact dates. If you approve, you pay and the car is yours for those dates.
Each car's calendar shows the days it is already booked. Book by the week from 7 days, or by the month up to 365 days. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.
Make a request
If something here is unclear, ask in your request; we reply in plain words.
