Driver requirements

Drivers 18 and older can rent with a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee for each day, shown on each car's page. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

Every rate includes liability to others. Damage to the car is covered by your choice: OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken shortly before pickup, and the balance comes back after the return. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.

How a booking comes together

Nothing to pay up front: the first step is simply a request. A staff member reads the request and sends the offer. We reply within 2 hours. If you approve, you pay and the car is yours for those dates.

Each car's calendar shows the days it is already booked. Need it longer than 365 days? Renew with a new agreement when the booking ends. Allow 2 hours or more between your request and the pickup time.
