From request to keys

To get started, send a request for the car and dates. You are not charged for it. You get an offer that says exactly what the rental costs before tax. If the offer works for you, approve and pay to confirm. If not, you owe nothing.

The rates you see on a car's page are the rates in your offer. The monthly rate covers a booking of up to 365 days. At least 2 hours must separate the request from the pickup.

Checking your details

If you are 18 or over and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can rent. The daily young driver fee is shown on each car's page, for drivers under 26. At pickup, have your original licence and the payment card ready.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. Extra drivers are welcome; each one is checked and signs the agreement.
