Specs, explained

Under the hood: the 1.6L 4-cylinder and all-wheel drive. It runs on regular gas. All-wheel drive sends power to all four wheels, which helps on snow and wet roads; good tires still matter most.

For 300 km of mixed driving, expect about 28 litres, from its 9.4 L/100 km rating. In energy, every 100 km costs about $14.57 at our price setting.

Rent it from us

Similar cars are below if you need one sooner. Put this car and your dates in a request, and we reply with an offer. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Delivery covers the Toronto area, priced by distance in your offer; pickup from us is free.

Licence, age and card

At pickup you must be 18 or older and carry your original G2 or G licence. No maximum age, and a daily fee only for drivers under 26. We need to see the card and the licence of the person renting.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is never taken when you book; it comes about 1 hour before pickup. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.

The steps

Pick the car and the dates that suit you, then send a request. There is no payment at that point. Then we send an offer. The offer shows the price before 13% HST and the deposit. Approve it and the car is booked; decline it and nothing happens.

Compare cars side by side by opening their pages. Need it longer than 365 days? Renew with a new agreement when the booking ends. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.

When you have your dates, send a request. It is free, and the offer shows the full price.
