What we need from you

Drivers need to be 18 or over, holding an Ontario G2 or G licence for the whole rental. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. Debit works on cars marked "no credit card needed"; the others take a credit card.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We take the deposit shortly before pickup and return it after the car comes back. Before confirming, we verify the licence and identity of each driver.

What to expect when you book

A request is free and takes a few minutes: the car, your dates, and pickup or delivery. An offer follows, with the car we confirm and the full price for your dates. You have 24 hours to approve an offer, and payment comes with your approval.

Each car's calendar shows the days it is already booked. From 7 days, the weekly rate takes over. A pickup can be as soon as 2 hours after your request, when the car is free.
