Luup alternative: the 1990 GMC NR
This 1990 GMC NR page is written for a rental car: the car first, then renting it from us. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar.
Specs, explained
The EPA does not rate this model year for fuel use; heavier trucks and vans are often not rated.
A good match for
It suits a work trip where a reliable car matters more than anything else. It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one.
Living with the NR
It is a straightforward car to drive, park and live with.
In our fleet
Put this car and your dates in a request, and we reply with an offer. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. Delivery covers the Toronto area, priced by distance in your offer; pickup from us is free.
Driver requirements
Drivers from 18 up, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, are welcome. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee for each day, shown on each car's page. Your licence and the card you paid with come with you to the pickup.
Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car, you choose one of three options before pickup. A deposit is held before each rental; the amount is on the car's page. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.
How booking works
Every booking starts as a request: the car, the dates and where you want it. Nothing is charged to send one. You then get an offer from us with the car, the dates and the total before tax. Say yes to the offer and pay; that is when the booking is made.
Each car's calendar shows the days it is already booked. Longer trips cost less a day: the weekly rate starts at 7 days. Allow 2 hours or more between your request and the pickup time.
