What we check

Every driver must be 18 or older with an Ontario G2 or G licence. Drivers below 26 pay a fee each day of the rental, and older drivers pay none. Bring the card you paid with and your original licence to the handover.

Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. Your deposit is held for the rental and released after the car comes back and is checked. We check your licence and identity before we confirm, the same way for every renter.

Booking, step by step

You begin by requesting a car for your dates; the request is free. A staff member reads the request and sends the offer. We reply within 2 hours. You have 24 hours to approve an offer, and payment comes with your approval.

Each car has its own page with its photos, its rates and its calendar. For longer stays, each booking of up to 365 days renews with a new agreement. Requests for later the same day work when there are at least 2 hours to spare.
