About the Kia Rio
If you need a rental car, read about the Kia Rio here, then request it. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price.
Specs, explained
The EPA does not rate this model year for fuel use; heavier trucks and vans are often not rated.
What the Rio is like
Its car body is low and settled, with a separate trunk.
Who it is for
It suits people curious about the model who want to drive it before they buy. It suits a family trip where everyone and everything fits in one car.
Can I rent it?
A request for your dates gets you an offer from a person. There is no exact match in our fleet today. Request it and we search for one, or take a similar car. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below. Delivery is priced by distance in your offer, and pickup from us is free.
From request to keys
Requests are free: choose a car, add your dates, and send it. The offer comes from a person, not a robot, and it carries the full price. Say yes to the offer and pay; that is when the booking is made.
Open a car to see its photos, rates, deposit and kilometres included. From 7 days, the weekly rate takes over. Same-day requests are fine with at least 2 hours of notice, when the car is free.
What we need from you
We need every driver to be at least 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence. Under 26? You can rent, with a daily young driver fee shown on the car's page. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.
Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. We check your licence and identity before we confirm, the same way for every renter.
When you know your dates
Choose a car above and send a request. A person replies with an offer, and you pay only if you approve it.

Can I rent a Kia Rio in Toronto?
Not from our fleet right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile 6 similar cars are available below.
How old do I need to be to rent?
18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. Drivers aged 18 to 20 pay a young driver fee of $35 a day, and 21 to 25 pay $20 a day.
How much is the deposit?
Between $500 and $5,000, depending on the car. It is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book, and the balance is released within 7 business days after you return the car.
What coverage do I need?
Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer by car and driver age. At $2,500 or more we claim on our fleet policy and you pay the $2,500 deductible.
Can the car be delivered?
Yes, anywhere, including Toronto Pearson International Airport and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. Delivery starts at $75 plus the distance from our location, priced in your offer. Collecting the car yourself is free.
