The 2015 Lexus GS: Luup alternative
The 2015 Lexus GS for a rental car: the facts first, then the booking. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar.
What the specs mean
Its 3.5L 6-cylinder hybrid drives through an automatic (CVT). It is a hybrid: the battery charges itself as you drive and brake, so there is nothing to plug in. Rear-wheel drive gives balanced handling; in winter, the tires make the biggest difference.
Plan on about 23 litres per 300 km; the combined rating is 7.5 L/100 km. A weekend of 300 km comes to about $34.89 at our price setting.
Who the GS suits
It suits visitors who want a familiar car for a week in town. It suits stop-and-go driving and rideshare or delivery work.
How big it is
Being a mid-size car, it is easy to park and comfortable on longer drives. Luggage space is 368 litres, enough for about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

The rules, briefly
Every driver needs an Ontario G2 or G licence and must be 18 or older. Drivers below 26 pay a fee each day of the rental, and older drivers pay none. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.
If your own policy has OPCF 27 or your card covers rental cars, use that; otherwise add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car shows its deposit, and we take it about 1 hour before pickup. We confirm each driver's licence and identity the same way.
Your booking, in three steps
A booking with us starts as a request that you send without paying. A person checks the request and sends you an offer with the full price. You pay when you approve, and only then.
Prices on each car's page are before tax, and the offer adds the tax. The monthly rate covers a booking of up to 365 days. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.
Make a request
Pick a car, send a request, and decide once you see the offer.
