Luup alternative with this car

This 2012 Lexus GX page is written for a rental car: the car first, then renting it from us. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price.

Under the hood

The 4.6L 8-cylinder with four-wheel drive is the powertrain to look at. It calls for premium gas, which costs more a litre than regular. Four-wheel drive helps on rough ground and deep snow; on dry roads it behaves like any other vehicle.

For 300 km of mixed driving, expect about 41 litres, from its 13.8 L/100 km rating. A weekend of 300 km comes to about $72.45 at our price setting.

Who it is for

It suits someone whose own car is in the shop for a while. It suits a stretch between cars, by the week or the month.

What to expect from the GX

An SUV body means more headroom and a taller cargo opening than a car of the same length.

Renting this car

Ask for your dates, and we reply with what we can offer. Similar cars are below if you need one sooner. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Your offer shows the delivery fee if you want the car brought to you.

Checking your details

Drivers need to be 18 or over, holding an Ontario G2 or G licence for the whole rental. We accept young drivers; those under 26 pay a daily fee. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.

Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car, you choose one of three options before pickup. We hold the deposit shortly before pickup and release it after the return. We verify licences and identity for every renter, with no exceptions.

Your request, our offer, your keys

To book, you request the car for your dates. There is no charge to send it and no obligation. You receive an offer with the price, the deposit and what is included. When you approve the offer and pay, the car is booked for you.

Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. The longer the booking, the lower the rate a day tends to be. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.

Ready when you are

Tell us your dates and where you want the car, and we will do the rest.
