Before pickup

Renters must be at least 18 and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. Drivers under 26 can rent with a young driver fee each day. Your original licence, not a photo, comes with you to the handover.

Three options cover damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your auto policy, a credit card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held before each rental; the amount is on the car's page. Every driver's licence and identity are checked before we confirm.

From request to keys

Pick your car, enter your dates and send the request. That is all you do at first, and it is free. We look at the request and send back an offer with the price for your exact dates. You have 24 hours to approve an offer, and payment comes with your approval.

A car's page shows the deposit and the kilometres included each day. Book by the week from 7 days, or by the month up to 365 days. Plan for at least 2 hours between sending the request and picking up the car.
