This 2011 Mazda 2 page is written for a rental car: the car first, then renting it from us. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price.
Reading the spec sheet
The 1.5L 4-cylinder is what moves it, with front-wheel drive. It runs on regular gas. With front-wheel drive, the weight of the engine sits over the driven wheels, which helps in winter.
Rated at 7.6 L/100 km combined, it needs around 23 litres for a 300 km round trip. At our price setting, 1,000 km costs about $117.80.
Who the 2 suits
It suits a family trip where everyone and everything fits in one car. It suits someone whose own car is in the shop for a while.
Room inside
A car body like this keeps the weight low, so it feels settled on the highway. Luggage space is rated at 368 litres: about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.
Rent it from us
This exact car is not in our fleet at the moment; a request asks us to look for one. Want a car for specific dates? Put them in the request and we check. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. We deliver around Toronto; pickup at our location is free.
Your booking, in three steps
Pick your car, enter your dates and send the request. That is all you do at first, and it is free. Next comes our offer, with the confirmed car and every charge on one page. When you approve the offer and pay, the car is booked for you.
Each listing shows the daily, weekly and monthly rate of that car. From 7 days, the weekly rate applies; up to 365 days, a trip never costs more than the monthly rate. Give us 2 hours or more before the pickup and we can usually make it work.
The rules, briefly
An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more: that is where it starts. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.
Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We hold the deposit shortly before pickup and release it after the return. We check every driver; it takes a few minutes and protects everyone.
