About the 2018 Mazda 2
Searching for Luup alternative and the 2018 Mazda 2? Here is what the car is like and how to rent one from us. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price.
What the figures tell you
Under the hood: the 1.5L 4-cylinder and front-wheel drive. It runs on regular gas. With front-wheel drive, the weight of the engine sits over the driven wheels, which helps in winter.
It is rated at 6.7 L/100 km combined; 300 km takes about 20 litres. At our price setting, it costs about $10.39 to drive 100 km.
Size and space
As a compact car, it has a closed trunk that keeps luggage out of sight. Its 453 litres of luggage space fit a family's bags for a long weekend.
Best uses
It suits visitors who want a familiar car for a week in town. It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next.
Can you rent one?
Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. Ask for this exact car in your request, and we tell you what we can offer. We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. The car can come to your door in the Toronto area, or you pick it up at no charge.
The steps
Every booking starts as a request: the car, the dates and where you want it. Nothing is charged to send one. We check the calendar and your details, then send you an offer with the total. If it suits you, approve it and pay. Until then, nothing is charged.
The rates you see on a car's page are the rates in your offer. Rent for a day, a week or up to 365 days in one booking. Leave at least 2 hours between your request and the pickup.
Requirements
Drivers need to be 18 or over, holding an Ontario G2 or G licence for the whole rental. Young drivers are welcome: a daily fee applies under 26. A card in your name pays for the rental, and we see it with your licence at pickup.
Every rate includes third-party liability. The car itself needs one of three options: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit comes about 1 hour before you get the car, not at booking. We confirm each driver's licence and identity the same way.
Send a request
Ready? Request the car. If you change your mind before approving the offer, nothing is charged.
