About the 2003 Mazda 6
For a rental car, the 2003 Mazda 6 is one of many cars on CarmaCars, each with its own page. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price.
The numbers in plain words
It is powered by the 2.3L 4-cylinder, with front-wheel drive. It runs on regular gas. With front-wheel drive, the weight of the engine sits over the driven wheels, which helps in winter.
It is rated at 9.8 L/100 km combined; 300 km takes about 29 litres. The fuel for 100 km comes to about $15.19 at our price setting.
The 6 in everyday use
As a mid-size car, it is easy to drive and park in the city. For luggage, 425 litres means a family's bags for a long weekend.
Good uses for the 6
It suits a family trip where everyone and everything fits in one car. It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going.

The rules, briefly
An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more: that is where it starts. Drivers below 26 pay a fee each day of the rental, and older drivers pay none. Your licence and the card you paid with come with you to the pickup.
You need one of three things in place for damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your own policy, a credit card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held about 1 hour ahead of pickup and released after the return. Every renter goes through the same check of licence and identity before the car is confirmed.
