Requesting a car

You ask for the car you want for the dates you need. The request itself is free. The offer comes from a person, not a robot, and it carries the full price. When you approve the offer and pay, the car is booked for you.

Each car's calendar shows the days it is already booked. For longer stays, each booking of up to 365 days renews with a new agreement. The shortest notice we accept before a pickup is 2 hours.

Checking your details

The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. Drivers below 26 pay a fee each day of the rental, and older drivers pay none. Bring the card you paid with and your original licence to the handover.

Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. We hold the deposit shortly before pickup and release it after the return. Additional drivers can be added; each one meets the same rules and signs the agreement.
