Renting the 2021 MINI Cooper
This 2021 MINI Cooper page is written for a rental car: the car first, then renting it from us. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price.
Reading the spec sheet
Power: the 1.5L 3-cylinder turbo; drive: front-wheel drive. The turbo gives a small engine the pull of a bigger one when you need it. With front-wheel drive, the weight of the engine sits over the driven wheels, which helps in winter.
For 300 km of mixed driving, expect about 23 litres, from its 7.5 L/100 km rating. At our price setting, 1,000 km costs about $131.30.
Is it right for your trip?
It suits a work trip where a reliable car matters more than anything else. It suits someone whose own car is in the shop for a while.
Room inside
As a small car, it has a closed trunk that keeps luggage out of sight. With 255 litres of luggage space by the EPA's measure, it takes about a large suitcase and a couple of soft bags.
Rent this car
Put this car and your dates in a request, and we reply with an offer. There is no exact match in our fleet today. Request it and we search for one, or take a similar car. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. Delivery and pickup are both options across the Toronto area.
Booking in plain terms
First, a request: the car you like, when you need it, and where. No payment yet. You get an offer that says exactly what the rental costs before tax. Offers stay open for 24 hours. Approve one and pay to book the car.
Open a car to see its photos, rates, deposit and kilometres included. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. Last-minute plans are fine with at least 2 hours of notice.
What we ask of drivers
You need an Ontario G2 or G licence, valid for the whole rental, and to be 18 or older. Young drivers, under 26, can rent too, with a fee for each day. At pickup, have your original licence and the payment card ready.
You pick how damage to the car is handled before pickup: OPCF 27, a credit card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken shortly before pickup, and the balance comes back after the return. Every renter goes through the same check of licence and identity before the car is confirmed.
Let us know
Ask for the car, read the offer, approve it if it suits you.
