About the 2013 MINI Roadster
This 2013 MINI Roadster page is written for a rental car: the car first, then renting it from us. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar.
Specs, explained
It runs the 1.6L 4-cylinder, with front-wheel drive. It calls for premium gas, which costs more a litre than regular. With front-wheel drive, the weight of the engine sits over the driven wheels, which helps in winter.
The EPA rates it at 7.9 L/100 km combined, so a 300 km weekend uses about 24 litres. A 300 km weekend costs about $41.49 in energy at our price setting.
When the Roadster makes sense
It suits a stretch between cars, by the week or the month. It suits people curious about the model who want to drive it before they buy.
How big it is
Low and compact, it is a car for the drive more than the cargo.

How to book
You start by asking: a car, a start time, an end time. Asking is free. We confirm the details and send an offer. It lists the rental, any delivery and any add-ons. Approving the offer and paying it confirms the booking.
Rates are set car by car and shown on each car's page. For longer stays, each booking of up to 365 days renews with a new agreement. Requests need at least 2 hours of notice before the pickup time.
Licence, age and card
At pickup you must be 18 or older and carry your original G2 or G licence. A young driver fee applies each day for drivers under 26. We need to see the card and the licence of the person renting.
You pick how damage to the car is handled before pickup: OPCF 27, a credit card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held before each rental; the amount is on the car's page. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.
