Luup alternative with this car

This 2001 Nissan Hyper-Mini page is written for a rental car: the car first, then renting it from us. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price.

The figures, translated

The electric motor drives it. It is fully electric: no gas at all, and you return it with the charge it had at pickup.

Its rating is 28.0 kWh/100 km: about 84 kWh for 300 km. The EPA rates its range at 53 km. Winter cold and fast highway driving cut that down. For 1,000 km, budget about $42 at our price setting.

Is it right for your trip?

It suits a family trip where everyone and everything fits in one car. It suits a stretch between cars, by the week or the month.

How big it is

Low and compact, it is a car for the drive more than the cargo.

Rent it from us

Put this car and your dates in a request, and we reply with an offer. Similar cars are below if you need one sooner. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Collect the car at our location for free, or have it delivered.

How a booking comes together

First you send a request with the car and the times. No card is charged for it. We review it and reply with an offer that shows the whole price, delivery included when you asked for it. You decide: approve and pay, or let it go. No charge either way until you approve.

Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. A booking can be a single day or up to 365 days. At least 2 hours must separate the request from the pickup.

What to bring

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more are the starting point. Drivers under 26 can rent with a young driver fee each day. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.

Three options cover damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your auto policy, a credit card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. A quick licence and identity check happens before we confirm any booking.

One more step

Pick the car that fits the trip and send a request.
