Luup alternative with this car

Here is the Nissan Maxima from the angle of someone searching for Luup alternative. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price.

Under the hood

No fuel-use rating is published for this model year, so we leave those figures out.

Good uses for the Maxima

It suits commuters, couples and business trips. It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going.

What the Maxima is like

Its car body is low and settled, with a separate trunk.

In our fleet

There is no exact match in our fleet today. Request it and we search for one, or take a similar car. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. Your request can name this exact car; the offer confirms what we can give you. Your offer shows any delivery fee before you pay.

Booking, step by step

You ask for the car online with your dates, and you pay nothing to send it. A real person reviews your request and sends an offer with the price spelled out. Approving the offer and paying it confirms the booking.

The calendar on each car's page helps you pick dates that work. Longer trips cost less a day: the weekly rate starts at 7 days. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.

Before you rent

Every driver must be 18 or older with an Ontario G2 or G licence. Drivers under 26 can rent with a young driver fee each day. Debit works on cars marked "no credit card needed"; the others take a credit card.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken shortly before pickup, and the balance comes back after the return. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.

One more step

A request takes a few minutes and puts a real offer in front of you.

Luup alternative: the Nissan Maxima

Can I rent a Nissan Maxima in Toronto?

Not from our fleet right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile 6 similar cars are available below.

How old do I need to be to rent?

18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. Drivers aged 18 to 20 pay a young driver fee of $35 a day, and 21 to 25 pay $20 a day.

How much is the deposit?

Between $500 and $5,000, depending on the car. It is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book, and the balance is released within 7 business days after you return the car.

What coverage do I need?

Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer by car and driver age. At $2,500 or more we claim on our fleet policy and you pay the $2,500 deductible.

Can the car be delivered?

Yes, anywhere, including Toronto Pearson International Airport and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. Delivery starts at $75 plus the distance from our location, priced in your offer. Collecting the car yourself is free.
