How booking works

Every booking starts as a request: the car, the dates and where you want it. Nothing is charged to send one. You receive an offer with the price, the deposit and what is included. If the offer works for you, approve and pay to confirm. If not, you owe nothing.

The rates you see on a car's page are the rates in your offer. Stay as long as you need: up to 365 days a booking, then renew. We need at least 2 hours of notice before a pickup.

Driver basics

Drivers need to be 18 or over, holding an Ontario G2 or G licence for the whole rental. A young driver fee applies each day for drivers under 26. Bring the card in your name that paid for the booking.

Three options cover damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your auto policy, a credit card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held before each rental; the amount is on the car's page. The checks are the same for everyone: licence, identity and the agreement.
