What to expect when you book

You begin by requesting a car for your dates; the request is free. We send the offer to your account and your email, with the total shown. Approve the offer to book the car. That is the moment you pay, not before.

Every car on the site has a page of its own, with its calendar and its rates. Rent for a day, a week or up to 365 days in one booking. Short notice is fine: 2 hours is the minimum before a pickup.

Rules for renters

Drivers need to be 18 or over, holding an Ontario G2 or G licence for the whole rental. A daily young driver fee applies to drivers under 26, with no maximum age. Bring the card in your name that paid for the booking.

Every rate includes third-party liability. The car itself needs one of three options: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Deposits are listed car by car, so you can compare before you ask. We check your licence and identity before we confirm, the same way for every renter.
