What you need to rent
Drivers need to be 18 or over, holding an Ontario G2 or G licence for the whole rental. Drivers below 26 pay a fee each day of the rental, and older drivers pay none. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.
Every rate includes liability to others. Damage to the car is covered by your choice: OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit comes about 1 hour before you get the car, not at booking. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.
How to book
Nothing to pay up front: the first step is simply a request. A staff member reads the request and sends the offer. We reply within 2 hours. Approve it and the car is booked; decline it and nothing happens.
