If a rental car is the plan, the 2016 Roush F150 is worth a look; here is why. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar.

The figures, translated

It uses the 5.0L 8-cylinder supercharged and four-wheel drive. It calls for premium gas, which costs more a litre than regular. Four-wheel drive helps on rough ground and deep snow; on dry roads it behaves like any other vehicle.

The EPA rates it at 18.0 L/100 km combined, so a 300 km weekend uses about 54 litres. Per 100 km, plan on roughly $31.50.

Best uses

It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next. It suits moving day, renovation runs and anything that needs an open bed.

Room inside

As a pickup truck, it has an open bed for things that would never fit in a trunk.

Booking in plain terms

Choose a car, set the pickup and return times, and send the request. You pay nothing to ask. Our team answers with an offer: the confirmed car, the dates and the full price. If the offer works for you, approve and pay to confirm. If not, you owe nothing.

Open a car to see its photos, rates, deposit and kilometres included. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. Allow 2 hours or more between your request and the pickup time.

What we ask of drivers

Ontario G2 or G licences are accepted, for drivers 18 and older. No maximum age, and a daily fee only for drivers under 26. A card in your name pays for the rental, and we see it with your licence at pickup.

Three options cover damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your auto policy, a credit card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car shows its deposit, and we take it about 1 hour before pickup. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.

A request costs nothing, and the offer tells you everything.
