How booking works

Booking starts online: pick the car, set the times, and send the request at no cost. You receive an offer with the price, the deposit and what is included. Approve the offer to book the car. That is the moment you pay, not before.

Open a car to see its photos, rates, deposit and kilometres included. A booking can be a single day or up to 365 days. Last-minute plans are fine with at least 2 hours of notice.

What to have ready

Every driver needs an Ontario G2 or G licence and must be 18 or older. The young driver fee covers drivers under 26; older drivers pay no age fee. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.

Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We take the deposit shortly before pickup and return it after the car comes back. We check every driver; it takes a few minutes and protects everyone.
