What to expect when you book

Start with a request. Choose the car, the pickup time and the return time, and send it without paying anything. Our reply is an offer that lists the rate, the kilometres included and any delivery fee. The booking is confirmed when you approve the offer and pay it.

Rates are set car by car and shown on each car's page. For longer stays, each booking of up to 365 days renews with a new agreement. Plan for at least 2 hours between sending the request and picking up the car.

Driver requirements

Renters must be at least 18 and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. The daily young driver fee is shown on each car's page, for drivers under 26. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car shows its deposit, and we take it about 1 hour before pickup. Every renter goes through the same check of licence and identity before the car is confirmed.
