Luup alternative: Tecstar, LP

Luup alternative: the Tecstar, LP

Here is the Tecstar, LP, for anyone after a rental car. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price.

Reading the spec sheet

No fuel-use rating is published for this model year, so we leave those figures out.

Best uses

It suits a family trip where everyone and everything fits in one car. It suits someone whose own car is in the shop for a while.

Getting one from us

We have no Tecstar, LP on the site right now. Send a request with the model you want, and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. A request for your dates gets you an offer from a person. Collect the car at our location for free, or have it delivered.

How renting with us works

A short online request with the car and your times gets things moving, at no cost. We check the calendar and your details, then send you an offer with the total. Payment happens only after you accept the offer.

Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. Weekly pricing starts at 7 days, and a trip never costs more than that rate for a week. Allow 2 hours or more between your request and the pickup time.

Who qualifies

Ontario G2 or G licences are accepted, for drivers 18 and older. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee for each day, shown on each car's page. Bring the card in your name that paid for the booking.

Third-party liability is part of every rate, and damage to the car is handled by OPCF 27, a card benefit or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held for the rental and released after the car comes back and is checked. We verify licences and identity for every renter, with no exceptions.

Over to you

The quickest way to a price is a request with your dates. It costs nothing.
