Specs, explained

The electric motor does the work, through a 1-speed automatic. Being electric, it is quiet and quick from a stop, and it charges at home, at work or at public chargers. All-wheel drive helps when pulling away on snow; braking and steering still depend on the tires.

For every 100 km it uses about 18.6 kWh. On paper it goes 507 km between charges, less in winter. A weekend of 300 km comes to about $8.37 at our price setting.

Best uses

It suits commuters, couples and business trips. It suits a stretch between cars, by the week or the month.

Inside and out

It is a straightforward car to drive, park and live with. With 425 litres of luggage space by the EPA's measure, it takes a family's bags for a long weekend.

In our fleet

This exact car is not in our fleet at the moment; a request asks us to look for one. Your request can name this exact car; the offer confirms what we can give you. Similar cars are below if you need one sooner.

Before pickup

Drivers 18 and older can rent with a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. If you are under 26, expect a young driver fee each day; there is no upper age limit. Cars marked "no credit card needed" accept a debit card in your name; the others need a credit card.

Every rate includes third-party liability. The car itself needs one of three options: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held for the rental and released after the car comes back and is checked. Each renter is checked the same way, before the booking is confirmed.

Request, offer, keys

You ask for the car you want for the dates you need. The request itself is free. Next comes our offer, with the confirmed car and every charge on one page. An offer is valid for 24 hours, and you pay only when you approve it.

Compare cars side by side by opening their pages. Bookings run from one day up to 365 days at a time. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.
