If you need a rental car, read about the 2017 Tesla Model X here, then request it. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar.
The numbers in plain words
It runs the electric motor, with all-wheel drive. Being electric, it is quiet and quick from a stop, and it charges at home, at work or at public chargers. All-wheel drive sends power to all four wheels, which helps on snow and wet roads; good tires still matter most.
At 23.3 kWh/100 km, a 300 km day uses roughly 70 kWh. Rated range: 475 km. Winter and highway speeds bring it down. In energy, every 100 km costs about $3.50 at our price setting.
How big it is
It offers the space of an SUV with the height that makes loading easy.
Is it right for your trip?
It suits client visits, weddings and special weekends. Families, skiers and anyone with bulky luggage.
Rent this car
This exact car is not in our fleet at the moment; a request asks us to look for one. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below. A request for your dates gets you an offer from a person. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.
From request to keys
The first step is a free request: which car, which dates, and how you want to get it. Then we send an offer. The offer shows the price before 13% HST and the deposit. Only an approved, paid offer books the car.
Rates are set car by car and shown on each car's page. From 7 days, the weekly rate applies; up to 365 days, a trip never costs more than the monthly rate. Leave at least 2 hours between your request and the pickup.
Renting: the basics
We rent to drivers aged 18 and up who hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. The daily young driver fee is shown on each car's page, for drivers under 26. Payment is by a card in your name, shown with your licence at pickup.
The CarmaCars Protection Plan is priced in your offer by car and driver age, as one of three options for damage to the car. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. Each driver named on the booking signs the rental agreement.
