Renting the 2023 Tesla Model X

Engine and fuel
The powertrain here is the electric motor with all-wheel drive and a 1-speed automatic. It is fully electric: no gas at all, and you return it with the charge it had at pickup. All-wheel drive helps when pulling away on snow; braking and steering still depend on the tires.
Rated energy use is 21.6 kWh per 100 km. Rated range: 560 km. Winter and highway speeds bring it down. That works out to about $3.24 per 100 km at our price setting.
Good uses for the Model X
It suits client visits, weddings and special weekends. Its all-wheel drive suits winter roads and trips to ski country.
Space and size
An SUV body means more headroom and a taller cargo opening than a car of the same length.
