The 2026 Tesla Model X: Luup alternative
If a rental car is the plan, the 2026 Tesla Model X is worth a look; here is why. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price.
Reading the spec sheet
The electric motor with all-wheel drive is the powertrain to look at. It is fully electric: no gas at all, and you return it with the charge it had at pickup. All-wheel drive helps when pulling away on snow; braking and steering still depend on the tires.
At 20.5 kWh/100 km, a 300 km day uses roughly 62 kWh. Rated range: 566 km. Winter and highway speeds bring it down. At our price setting, it costs about $3.08 to drive 100 km.
When the Model X makes sense
It suits client visits, weddings and special weekends. It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next.
The Model X in everyday use
Its SUV body gives a high seating position and an easy load height.
Can you rent one?
This exact car is not in our fleet at the moment; a request asks us to look for one. Put this car and your dates in a request, and we reply with an offer. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. Pick it up from us for free, or have it brought to you.
What to expect when you book
You ask for the car online with your dates, and you pay nothing to send it. If the car is free, you get an offer with the full price; if not, we suggest another car. Approve the offer to book the car. That is the moment you pay, not before.
Every car has its own daily, weekend, weekly and monthly rate. For longer stays, each booking of up to 365 days renews with a new agreement. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.
What you need to rent
Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. Age fees stop at 26: younger drivers pay a daily young driver fee. Bring the card in your name that paid for the booking.
Every rate includes liability to others. Damage to the car is covered by your choice: OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit comes about 1 hour before you get the car, not at booking. A quick licence and identity check happens before we confirm any booking.
Over to you
The quickest way to a price is a request with your dates. It costs nothing.
