Luup alternative with this car
If you need a rental car, read about the Toyota Echo here, then request it. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar.
The numbers in plain words
No fuel-use rating is published for this model year, so we leave those figures out.
Who it is for
It suits visitors who want a familiar car for a week in town. It suits someone whose own car is in the shop for a while.
Practical details
Its car body is low and settled, with a separate trunk.
Getting this car from us
Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below. Want a car for specific dates? Put them in the request and we check. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Delivery and pickup are both options across the Toronto area.
From your dates to the handover
Every booking starts as a request: the car, the dates and where you want it. Nothing is charged to send one. We review it and reply with an offer that shows the whole price, delivery included when you asked for it. When you approve the offer and pay, the car is booked for you.
You can see every car's calendar and rates before you send anything. Bookings run from one day up to 365 days at a time. Allow 2 hours or more between your request and the pickup time.
Renting: the basics
Every driver must be 18 or older with an Ontario G2 or G licence. There is no maximum age. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee each day. Bring the card you paid with and your original licence to the handover.
You need one of three things in place for damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your own policy, a credit card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.
Want a price?
The quickest way to a price is a request with your dates. It costs nothing.

Can I rent a Toyota Echo in Toronto?
Not from our fleet right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile 6 similar cars are available below.
How old do I need to be to rent?
18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. Drivers aged 18 to 20 pay a young driver fee of $35 a day, and 21 to 25 pay $20 a day.
How much is the deposit?
Between $500 and $5,000, depending on the car. It is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book, and the balance is released within 7 business days after you return the car.
What coverage do I need?
Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer by car and driver age. At $2,500 or more we claim on our fleet policy and you pay the $2,500 deductible.
Can the car be delivered?
Yes, anywhere, including Toronto Pearson International Airport and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. Delivery starts at $75 plus the distance from our location, priced in your offer. Collecting the car yourself is free.
