Renting: the basics

Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. We accept young drivers; those under 26 pay a daily fee. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.

Every rate includes liability to others. Damage to the car is covered by your choice: OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held before each rental; the amount is on the car's page. Every driver's licence and identity are checked before we confirm.

What happens when you ask for a car

Pick the car and the dates that suit you, then send a request. There is no payment at that point. We reply with an offer for the car and the dates, priced in full. Offers stay open for 24 hours. Approve one and pay to book the car.

Compare cars side by side by opening their pages. One booking runs up to 365 days, and a longer stay renews with a new agreement. Same-day requests are fine with at least 2 hours of notice, when the car is free.
