Booking in plain terms

The first step is a free request: which car, which dates, and how you want to get it. We send the offer to your account and your email, with the total shown. Nothing is charged until you approve it and pay.

Prices on each car's page are before tax, and the offer adds the tax. A booking can be a single day or up to 365 days. We need at least 2 hours of notice before a pickup.

Before you rent

From age 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can send a request. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. Your original licence, not a photo, comes with you to the handover.

Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car, you choose one of three options before pickup. Your deposit is held for the rental and released after the car comes back and is checked. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.
