Mechanic: how we help

For mechanical repairs or maintenance on the 2019 Audi A4 Progressiv, a trusted shop does the work and CarmaCars arranges it, with a rental if you need one. Regular maintenance keeps small problems from turning into large ones.

About your A4

Tell the shop the year, the trim and the engine: the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo. Your owner's manual lists the maintenance schedule for the A4. Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. The powertrain here is the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo with front-wheel drive and a 7-speed automatic.

Our part and the shop's part

Send a request with the car and what it needs; a person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. Send the car's details and what it needs; we take it from there. We follow up until the shop has the car booked in.

Talking to the shop

Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare.

Between shop visits

Check that all lights work every few weeks. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair. Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter.
