Arranging the work for the A4

Need mechanical repairs or maintenance for the 2019 Audi A4 Progressiv? We arrange it with a trusted shop; the work is never done by CarmaCars. Routine maintenance and repairs are done by a mechanic at a shop we trust, not by CarmaCars.

Your A4 and the shop

Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed. Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. Your owner's manual lists the maintenance schedule for the A4. It is powered by the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo, with front-wheel drive.

How the request works

Send the car's details and what it needs; we take it from there. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date. You agree the price with the shop before any work starts.

A rental while you wait

We bring the rental to you and collect it afterwards. A rental from us keeps you moving while the shop has your car. We hand every car over in person, at your address or at our location.

Between shop visits

Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate.

Ask us

One request: the job, the car, and whether you need a rental meanwhile.

Other trims, places, colours and searches

Request mechanic

Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
