Mechanic: how we help
Searching for mechanic for the Bugatti? CarmaCars does not do this work itself; we arrange it with a trusted shop. Tell us what the car is doing, and we find a shop suited to the job.
Details the shop needs
A photo of the dashboard warning light helps the shop prepare. The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them.
Our part and the shop's part
We follow up until the shop has the car booked in. You agree everything with the shop before work begins. We tell you plainly if we do not know a shop for the job.
No car? Rent one meanwhile
Keep the rental as long as the repair takes. We collect the rental when your car is back. Your offer shows any delivery fee before you pay.
A short checklist
Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history.
Small things that help
Check that all lights work every few weeks. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter.
One more step
Tell us the job and the car, and a person replies.
Request mechanic
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
