About your EXECUTIVE
Your owner's manual lists the maintenance schedule for the EXECUTIVE. The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them.
What to send us
Tell us when suits you, and whether the car can be driven. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date. We follow up until the shop has the car booked in.
Your rental while you wait
If the repair runs long, keep the rental longer. Keep moving with a rental while the shop has your car, by the day at our usual rates. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.
Questions to ask the shop
If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour.
Car care, briefly
Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt.
Let us know
Tell us the job and the car, and a person replies.
Request mechanic
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
